I recently bought an apartment in Aspect14. I’ve been buying renovating and renting out properties for over 20 years, and my portfolio include DSS tenants in receipt of Housing Benefit right through to holiday properties in the French Alps and the Mediterranean.
I was so impressed by what Aspect14 has to offer that I decided to invest here so I have an obvious interest to promote the complex to protect my investment.
We live in a digital age, and using a web site is the modern equivalent of a notice board which could be used by owners and residents to share ideas and information which might make things even better for those who own and live in Aspect14.
The purpose of this site is to see if others agree. If they do, I’ll develop it further. My initial plans would be to offer a forum where owners and tenants can swap information and ideas. This could be on anything from how to program the NOBO System 500 through to where to get Fish & Chips in Leeds City Centre (a question of my own!)
I hope that owners in particular might be able to benefit by swapping information on insurance; contractors; agents etc and we can help the managers of the building to improve things for the benefit of all of us.
